This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, sign-up for newsletters, respond to a survey, register for a class, purchase any product or service from www.ingapakalniskyte.com (the “Site”) and the information you provide to us offline, including, without limitation, via phone and email.

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

 

The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Our company is hosted on the Kajabi.com platform. Kajabi.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. In addition, we use the Acuityscheduling.com platform that allows us to sell services to you, as well as help you manage your bookings. Your data may be stored through Kajabi.com’s and Acuityscheduling.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Kajabi.com and Acuityscheduling.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Kajabi.com and Acuityscheduling.com  and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Additionally, we use this Order & Booking Information to Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use Kajabi to power our online store--you can read more about how Kajabi uses your Personal Information here:  https://kajabi.com/policies/privacy. We use Acuity Scheduling, which is a Squarespace company, to power our online scheduling system, you can read more about how Acuity Scheduling uses your personal information here: https://www.squarespace.com/privacy. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

 

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that may be linked to the Site. The Company is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. You should refer to each website’s respective privacy policy and practises prior to disclosing any information.

 

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. IF YOU ARE 18 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child younger than 18 years old has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.

Inga Pakalniskyte Coaching nonetheless encourages parents to go online with their kids. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:

  • Teach kids never to give personal information, unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult. Includes name, address, phone, school, etc.
  • Know the sites your kids are visiting and which sites are appropriate.
  • Look for Website privacy policies. Know how your child’s information is treated.

If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
