Identify what is not working, and what you want instead. Ask yourself: What I don't want in my life? What would I like to have instead?
Step 2: Make a decision and take ownership
Once you have identified what is not working and what you want instead, it's time to make a decision to change your life and take ownership! The change will not happen if you don't take responsibility and ownership.
Step 3: Know your "Why"
We are emotional creatures! All of our actions are driven by emotion and all our emotions are driven by our thoughts. Ask yourself: Why making this change is important to me? Who do I want to become? How will this benefit the people I love and care about?
Step 4: Take action
Action is the only way to create change in your life. Even small changes can lead to lasting change. Ask yourself: What is one thing you can & need to do today to move towards what you want?
Step 5: Review & Take more action
The more action you take, the more results you will create. Stopping to review your actions and the results it has created is a crucial part to create a lasting change. Evaluate what actions are bringing the results you want, and the actions that are not generating the outcome you want.
